Shipping region and rates

Standard shipping is offered for eligible US delivery addresses, with eligibility and the final rate shown at checkout. Rates are in USD: $8 Standard shipping for an order amount below $70, and free Standard shipping at $70 or more. Applicable discounts can affect eligibility. Checkout shows the final shipping charge, applicable taxes and total for the destination.

Estimated delivery

The total delivery estimate is 5–9 business days, including processing and transit. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; timing can vary with order processing, product availability, destination and carrier conditions. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We provide tracking information once available.

Order information and corrections

Check your delivery address, contact details, product, flavor and quantities before ordering. Contact support@rootrisesupplements.com as soon as possible for corrections or cancellation requests. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or intercepted once fulfillment or shipment has begun.

Delays and unshipped orders

If shipment is delayed, we provide a delay notice and a revised shipment date where known. Where required by applicable law, we request your consent to a revised shipment date or give you the option to cancel and receive a prompt refund. We do not treat silence as consent to a shipping delay. We provide refunds required by law for qualifying canceled or unshipped orders.

Damaged, incorrect or missing deliveries

Contact support@rootrisesupplements.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos if available when a delivery is damaged, incorrect or missing. We review the issue and arrange any remedy required by law. Do not send products back without return authorization and the correct instructions.
